1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register an account and use agam60 services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law.

To register an account on agam60, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3.3 Account Restrictions

• Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on agam60. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited.
• You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Your account credentials are personal and confidential.
• You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any third party.
• Accounts opened by automated means, bots, or through third-party services are prohibited and will be closed without notice.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

agam60 is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. As part of our legal and regulatory obligations, we require all players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary.

4.1 Required Documentation

To verify your identity, you must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address.

4.2 Verification Timeline and Consequences

KYC documents are typically reviewed and processed within 1-24 hours during business days. Until your account is fully verified, you may experience restrictions including:

• Inability to withdraw funds from your account
• Lower deposit and betting limits
• Exclusion from certain bonuses and promotions
• Temporary account suspension pending document submission

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within seven (7) days of our request may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary based on your account status and verification level.

5.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

Most deposits via Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are processed instantly or within 5 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation, typically within 15-30 minutes depending on network congestion.

agam60 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may charge transaction fees which are beyond our control and will be deducted from the amount you transfer.

5.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activities. agam60 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and fund confiscation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds from your agam60 account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through KYC procedures
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically Rp 100,000)
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings
• Your account must not be subject to any ongoing investigation or restriction
• The withdrawal method must match your deposit method (subject to anti-money laundering regulations)

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following timelines:

• Standard Processing: Within 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing
• Silver Tier Members: Priority processing within 12 hours
• Gold VIP Members: Express processing within 4 hours during business hours

Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network and is beyond our control. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days after approval.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Standard verified accounts can withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. Higher limits are available for VIP members.

agam60 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first withdrawal per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 2% or Rp 25,000, whichever is higher.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by agam60 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the specified criteria
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements (typically: slots 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino varies)
• Bonuses expire after the validity period specified in the promotion terms
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active (typically Rp 10,000 - Rp 50,000 per bet)
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings from bonus play can be withdrawn after meeting requirements

7.2 Bonus Abuse

agam60 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Exploiting software errors or bonus calculation mistakes

8. Betting Rules and Game Terms

8.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once accepted by the Platform and cannot be canceled, modified, or voided except in cases of obvious error
• agam60 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion
• In the event of conflicting information (e.g., odds displayed incorrectly), agam60's decision is final
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip, per day, and per week, as displayed on the Platform
• All bets are subject to the specific rules of each game type (sports betting, casino games, slots, etc.)

8.2 Sports Betting Specific Terms

For sports betting markets including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other competitions:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body
• Live betting odds are subject to change in real-time based on match events
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets may be voided or settled according to specific market rules
• Settlement of bets is based on 90-minute regular time unless otherwise specified (excluding extra time and penalties)

8.3 Casino Games and RTP

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, operate with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and does not guarantee individual session results. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer actions and cannot be manipulated by agam60 or players.

9. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must immediately notify agam60 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, including:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or collusion with other players
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scrapers

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, agam60 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

agam60 is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, internet connection issues, or device malfunctions
• Delays or failures in payment processing by third-party providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to secure your credentials
• Changes in law or regulations affecting your ability to use the Platform

12. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our management team. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our internal complaints procedure, with the aim of reaching an amicable resolution.

13. Account Closure and Suspension

agam60 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or if required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon account closure, any outstanding bets will be settled according to their terms, and your remaining balance (excluding any bonus funds or funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which agam60 operates under license.
